Daniel W. Hill, Jr. and I introduced the CEDAW Compliance Codes (C3) in our 2019 article, “Democracy and Compliance with Human Rights Treaties: The Conditional Effectiveness of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.” You can access that article here.
